Pack Your Watch
Securely place the watch, original box, warranty card, and all accessories into the shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship to Vulcain
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
